5396594690 fix(ugc): served models keep the served mesh; physics from the LXFML sent for the HKX
Sending every model's LXFML at property load and then switching to the
served mesh (served checksum, NotifyClientUGCModelReady, the model
constructed again) left the client drawing its own build. Now made models'
LXFML is left out of the property load again: the client downloads and
draws the served mesh, and when it asks for the HKX it gets the LXFML,
builds the model and loads its own HKX, so the model has collision while
the mesh drawn stays the served one. The load-time switch is removed; the
switch for a model made again while players are there stays.

e27f2085dc fix(ugc): construct the model again a second after taking it down
Taken down and constructed again in the same batch, the client dropped the
construction of the object it hadn't deleted yet, and most models
disappeared. The construction now follows a second later.

d1a61450f9 fix(ugc): construct the model again only after the client's flush
Constructed right after NotifyClientUGCModelReady, the flush the client does
on its load thread could land after the new object had loaded its mesh, and
most models disappeared. The model is now constructed again 1.5 seconds
later.

b118ecfb73 fix(ugc): swap to the served mesh by constructing the model again
NotifyClientUGCModelReady only flushes the client's cached NIF, HKX and
LXFML and loads them again as preloads (0x00ca6430): an object already
drawn keeps its mesh, so the switch to the served mesh after a property
load (and a model made again) changed nothing on screen. Now each player
also has the model taken down and constructed again: the new object loads
the NIF, whose cached checksum is the served one (sent first), and the HKX,
whose checksum is still the one the client built, so it keeps collision.
Only models shown to that player are constructed again. Each switch is
logged.

Also corrects the address of the client's brushed steel texture
registration in the docs: 0x00467090 (RegisterBrushedSteelTextures) in
the 1.10.64 client.

0c5ef380d3 feat(ugc): color_brightness and transparent_colors
color_brightness (percent, default 100: unchanged) scales the models' vertex
colors, not the icons', for servers where the made models look brighter than
they should. transparent_colors names color ids drawn transparent whatever
Materials.xml says: 129 (Tr. Bright Bluish Violet with Glitter) has alpha
255 there, so it came out opaque; a named color gets transparent_opacity.
Both default to off, so models come out byte for byte as before.

e5a230e6a3 fix(ugc): served player models keep the client's own collision
With ugc_manifest_models the world left made models out of the LXFML it
sends when a property loads, so the client never built them and had no HKX:
the UGC server makes no physics, and the HKX request got a 404, so served
models had no collision.

Now every model's LXFML is sent and the client builds each one (NIF and
HKX). For the models whose mesh the UGC server made, once the client has
loaded and 3 seconds after, the world sends it the served NIF's checksum and
NotifyClientUGCModelReady: the client drops what it cached for the model and
asks again, downloads the served mesh (its own NIF no longer matches) and
keeps its own HKX (still matching). An HKX request is answered with the LXFML
too, followed by the same switch, at most 3 times per client and model.

f3922b3bcb feat(ugc): brushed_colors, LEGO color ids drawn as brushed steel
The client's Materials.xml has no brushedSteel or matteSteel colors, so the
Brushed Steel shader (mapShaders 89) was never used. brushed_colors names
color ids to draw with it whatever their type (e.g. the drum lacquered
298, 300, 1002, 1004); a named color wins over the metal and glow colors.
Empty by default. The docs note that the client registers the brushed
reflection and noise textures itself (0x00453730), so the .nif needs none.

c39b7ee935 feat(ugc): opt-in metal and glow shader groups in made models
Player models are multishader (RenderComponent shader 100): the client
wraps each NiLODNode and draws it with the mapShaders id in its name.
With shader_metal, shader_brushed or shader_glow set, the opaque bricks
are split by look into S<id>_Metal_Model, S<id>_Brushed_Model and
S<id>_Glow_Model beside S01_Opaque_Model and S01_Alpha_Model, each with
every LOD level. Metal is LU Toolbox's metallic colors plus Materials.xml
types (shinySteel; brushedSteel and matteSteel for brushed), glow its
glow colors. Glow shapes get an emissive material (glow_emissive) and
their plain color, not the baked one. Transparent glow stays in S01_Alpha.

All off by default, which writes the same bytes as before (tested). Not
how live looked; models already made change only when made again.

The icon renderer reads the groups back by tag and draws glow at its
plain color and metal with a tinted reflection and highlight.

cc67fc7e42 docs(ugc): boot.cfg for the UGC server and models without 3D services
The earlier finding that the client ignores the UGCSERVER* lines of its
boot.cfg was wrong: the test clients' boot.cfg had a line without its
trailing comma, so the client rejected the whole file and used its
defaults. Documents the boot.cfg a server owner needs, what the client
does with a placed model's files (checked in the client) and what the
worlds now send.

1d72766330 feat(ugc): icons as DXT5 DDS like the client's own
The client's 128x128 UI icons are almost all DXT5 without mipmaps, with
header flags caps|height|width|pixel format|linear size (0x81007) and
caps 0x1000. The UGC server's icon.dds is now written the same way
instead of as uncompressed 32-bit BGRA with a pitch.

The BC3 encoder fits each block's colour endpoints along the principal
axis of its visible pixels (transparent ones are never seen), refines
them by least squares, and stores alpha with the block's own range.
Tests check the header against the client's format and decode the
result back.

79235702b3 feat(ugc): answer the client's UGC manifest requests without 3D services
With UGCUSE3DSERVICES=7:0 (the client's default) the client asks its world for
a blueprint file's MD5 and size (REQUEST_UGC_MANIFEST_INFO, world 27) and then
downloads BrickModels/UserMade/<id % 1000>/<id>.<ext>.sd0. Layouts checked in
the 1.10.64 client: the request is a u64 blueprint id and a u8 resource type;
the answer (UGC_MANIFEST_RESPONSE, client 60) repeats them and adds a u8 valid,
the u32 size and the 16 byte MD5 of the inflated file, 37 bytes after the 0x53
exactly or the client drops it.

- dNet: WorldPackets::RequestUgcManifestInfo, ClientPackets::UgcManifestResponse
(eUgcResourceType), with byte tests against the client's layouts.
- Database: ugc_file_checksums (per model or module combination and file) and
  ugc_modular_build.combination_id (migrations 89 / 72), GetUgcFileChecksum
looks a blueprint up as a model, else as a build through its combination.
- UGC server: every download is also written as .sd0 (Sd0::Compress); workers
hand the checksums back and the main thread stores them; old items get their
sd0 icon and checksum, and builds their combination id, once at start-up, a
few per tick; serves <dir>/BrickModels/UserMade/<bucket>/<id>.<ext>.sd0 under
  client_path, /<folder>/UserBrickModels and the root (.hkx 404).
- World: UgcManifest answers on the main thread with one indexed query per
request; files not made yet are answered when they are (looked at again
every 5 seconds), and a model in its quiet period is made right away. No
worker threads, HTTP or file reads in the world.

Off by default (ugc_manifest=0): checked in game, the client then downloads
from http://127.0.0.1:80/lwoclient/UserBrickModels/ whatever its boot.cfg says
and logs the player out when it can't connect, so icons need the UGC server on
port 80 of each player's machine. docs/UgcServer.md has the details.

36cefc1ede feat(ugc): brick data through the client's assets; colours from Materials.xml everywhere
The UGC server reads brickdb.zip and brickprimitives through DLU's
AssetManager (loose files first, then the client's packs, as the game
does), so packed clients and bricks added to a client work. It falls
back to loose files under res/ as before.

In the LU Toolbox palette (the default), a colour LU Toolbox doesn't
know but the client's Materials.xml has, such as one added to the brick
database, is drawn in its Materials.xml colour instead of black. Ids
neither knows stay LU Toolbox's black.

The dashboard's 3D viewers get the brick colours from the client's
Materials.xml (/api/bricks/materials.js) instead of a hardcoded copy, so
added colours show there too.

ae03a91fa5 docs: how the client reads brickdb.zip, and a tool to rebuild it
The client mounts brickdb.zip with LDD's own zip reader. It is lenient about
compression, order and extra entries, but loses the whole brick database
when the files sit under a wrapping folder or "./", use backslashes, carry
ZIP64 end records, or set the data descriptor flag with sizes still in the
local header. tools/brickdb/repack.py rebuilds the shipped layout (a
round trip gives the identical file), adds or replaces entries from an
overlay folder, and checks a zip against the reader's rules.

8ab7e496b0 feat(bbb): answer FetchModelMetadataRequest for brick built models
The client asks for a model's metadata (name, owner, behaviors and its blueprint's
bricks and box) when it shows a brick built model item's tooltip, a model on a
property or an exhibit, and shows BBB_LOADING_BLUEPRINT until it gets it. The
world server never answered. It now does as live did: UG data for the model
(found among the player's items by subkey, else among placed models) and, for a
brick built model, the blueprint data from its ugc row and LXFML.

5de59b99ef feat(ugc): models with no bricks are "empty", not failed
A model with no bricks has nothing to make: it gets its own state
(is_optimized = 3), isn't counted as a failure or retried, shows as Empty
on the UGC page (with its own filter and count), in the status and in
Prometheus, and its downloads answer 404 like HKX. State names come from
the enum (magic_enum). Migrations dlu/mysql/87 and dlu/sqlite/70 move the
rows that failed only because they had no bricks.

76cbbcc4ea feat(ugc): draw player models' icons from their generated NIF
The icon was rendered from a second mesh built only for it (the icon
renderer's color corrections, no variation, occlusion worked out again). It
is now drawn from the .nif just made, read back with NifFile at LOD 0, so it
shows exactly what the game shows: the color variation, the removed faces and
the lighting baked into the vertex colors (so it adds no occlusion of its
own). icon_correct_colors and icon_color_variation are gone; the camera and
light settings stay. Cars and rockets are drawn as before.

6c414cec48 feat(dashboard): check uploaded character XML before storing it
The XML upload is the one place hand-written XML reaches the game, whose
load path trusts the XML because the server writes it itself. Instead of
making the game skip bad data at load, the upload is checked against
what the load path assumes and refused (400, with the problems) when the
game couldn't load it: required elements, attributes that must parse
(flags read with std::stoul/stoull), required item and mission fields,
known inventory types, mission states and character versions, items and
missions that exist in the CDClient, unique item IDs and slots, and the
acct attribute matching the owner.

Suspicious but loadable content is returned as warnings that need
confirm=true (409 otherwise): contraband (same matching as the world,
now shared in ContrabandRules.h), stacks above the stack size, coins,
level or u-score out of reach, a GM level above the account's.
Contraband marked flag-and-remove is removed only if the uploader asks;
once stored, findings are flagged (CONTRABAND) and audited. The XML
editor shows the findings and offers "Save anyway". Related: issue 1332.

b9d6b739d5 fix(wire): PlaceModelResponse writes the model's rotation
The client's PlaceModelResponse::Deserialize (0x00dc0170) reads the rotation
as an optional w, x, y, z quaternion, but DLU wrote the 4-byte response
after the rotation flag. With any rotation other than identity the client
ran out of data. A live capture of a model turned 90 degrees shows the
server echoing the rotation the client placed it with. Bytes only change
when the rotation is not identity; a golden test pins the new layout.

abf1cc1d80 feat: UGC server that makes and serves player models' meshes and icons
A new server (dUgcServer, started by master with enable_ugc_server=1) that
takes unprocessed ugc and ugc_modular_build rows from the database and makes
what the client downloads with UGCUSE3DSERVICES: an optimized NIF (hidden
faces removed, ambient occlusion baked into vertex colors) and a 128px DDS
icon for player models, rendered by a software rasterizer from the client's
LDD brick primitives, and icons for cars and rockets assembled from their
modules per ModularBuildComponent/ModuleComponent. It serves them, with the
models' LXFML, over HTTP in the client's UGCC<dc>/3DOPTIMIZED and
IMAGE128DDS layout with .gz and .checksum files, and keeps its folder under
a size cap.

Processing state lives in ugc.is_optimized plus new processed_at,
process_attempts and process_error columns (and the same on
ugc_modular_build). ServiceType::UGC is appended. NifFile moves to dCommon
and records named node transforms for the modules' attach points.

330f02de30 fix(dashboard): texture alpha in 3D scenery follows the game's shaders
The viewer treated every blended texture's alpha as opacity, so models
whose shader uses the alpha for something else rendered see-through. The
scenery manifest now carries each model's shader (RenderComponent.
shader_id via mapShaders) and the multishader tag table; meshes carry
their S##__ tag, read the way LWOBaseRenderComponent::AddObjectToRenderPipe
does (S%d, else _S%d, outside 3..108 the LEGO shader). Per res/shaders:
the LEGO lighting shaders lerp the texture over the vertex colors
(decal), LEGO items and terrain meshes ignore its alpha, everything else
keeps opacity. Pure rules unit tested.

542f0a89f0 refactor: remove the packet macros, WriteHeader and PacketUtils
Nothing in the server writes or reads a packet by hand any more, so the
helpers for doing so go:
- CBITSTREAM, CMSGHEADER, CINSTREAM, CINSTREAM_SKIP_HEADER, SEND_PACKET,
  SEND_PACKET_BROADCAST and HEADER_SIZE leave dCommonVars.h;
- the free BitStreamUtils::WriteHeader (LUBitStream::WriteHeader writes the
same bytes) and the unused PacketUtils::SavePacket are deleted.
The last raw reads are replaced: WorldServer builds its input stream
directly, the master packet logs read the header with
LUBitStream::ReadHeader instead of peeking at packet->data[1] and [3], and
MessageInspector reads a sent game message's header with the new
NetGameMsg::ReadPacketHeader (the counterpart of WritePacket) instead of
memcmp/memcpy. packet->data[0] is still compared with RakNet's own
connection IDs.

The frozen oracles keep using the macros verbatim through the test-only
tests/dGameTests/LegacyPacketMacros.h; the HeaderSkip tests, which only
tested CINSTREAM_SKIP_HEADER, are removed.

docs/PacketArchitecture.md: "where we are" now describes the final state
and what still touches raw bytes (RakNet IDs, replica headers, behavior bit
streams), and a new section collects the known wire discrepancies found
during the conversion, with client addresses.

with an error, and each server logs what it bound to.

49fc6e06e6 feat(dashboard): remember each user's table sort and page length
Every DataTable saves its order and page length to localStorage, keyed by
dashboard user, page (numeric path segments folded) and table id, and
restores it on load. Stale sorts on missing or unsortable columns are
dropped; storage failures are ignored.

d95eab1212 feat: property reputation from visitors, resistant to farming
Property worlds now give their property reputation for the time other people spend on it, which
fills the property lists and the news screen's Today's Top Properties. Visitors are counted per
account; the owner's account, accounts linked to it and staff don't count. A visit earns nothing
for the first property_reputation_min_visit seconds (WorldConfig's propertyReputationDelay), then
each active minute (the visitor moved) earns reputationPerMinute times a multiplier, for a capped
number of minutes per visit. Repeat visitors earn less the more recent days they already gave
reputation, and each visitor and each property have a daily cap. Every parameter is a setting;
what each account gave each property per day is kept in property_reputation_visits. The rules are
pure functions with unit tests.

680615ba9f feat: optional property rent
Off unless property_rent_enabled is on. Each property world's rent comes from its PropertyTemplate
row (minimumPrice every rentDuration x durationType; Block Yard is free), unless the new Property
Rent dashboard page sets another price or period (property_rent_manage). Rent is taken from the
owner's coins shortly after their character loads, with a mail receipt; unpaid rent is mailed and,
after property_rent_grace_days, makes the property private until it is paid, like live. The
property management component refuses public or best friends privacy while rent is overdue and a
property world that loads overdue makes itself private. Property game messages are unchanged.

b2403b09ea feat: contraband list with flagging and optional removal
Staff list contraband items on a new dashboard page (item search, reason, flag or flag and remove;
contraband_manage to edit, reports_view to see). World servers check every inventory when a
character loads and every item a player receives: each find is an economy flag of the new kind
Contraband, shown with the other flags and in the character's related data. Items marked for
removal are taken away, with a character snapshot kept first so they can be given back, an audit
entry and a mail or chat message telling the player why. Staff are skipped unless
contraband_ignore_staff is off. Worlds reload the list when it changes (RELOAD_CONTRABAND, added
at the end of ePlayerAction).

341ce89a6a feat: refuse stale character saves with a save generation
Every character gets a save generation in charxml. A world bumps it when it loads the character for
play, and every save from that world only goes through while the stored generation is still the
one it loaded or last saved (and moves it on). Dashboard edits, restores and maintenance writes bump
it too. A world that lost the character to another world (a disconnect noticed late, a zone
transfer, an instance migration) or to a dashboard edit can no longer overwrite the newer data: the
save is refused, logged and audited as stale_save_refused, the world stops saving that character
and a player still connected to it is disconnected with the save failure reason so they reload.

17689cd663 feat: build a zone's 3D data on worker threads
Opening a zone the first time built its terrain, scene objects and manifests
and ran ImageMagick on the web thread, stalling the dashboard for seconds.

- Workers: the shared pool plus Workers::Reply (answer at once when built,
else from a worker via Web::Defer).
- terrain_chunks/terrain_layers/scene/paths/scenery/flairs (world3d, property
and showcase routes) and terrain textures go through it; results are built
once in OnceCaches, the .raw is read once per zone for chunks, layers and
flairs, deflated bodies are cached thread-safely.
- ImageMagick conversions are deduplicated and written under a temporary name.
- Workers don't query the CDClient, read settings or call mongoose: ZoneTable,
render components, flairs, object names, LOT kinds and terrain texture names
are read at startup; client_location is read once; base64 is plain C++.
- Logger writes one line at a time (mutex; localtime's buffer is shared).

5a9a3e380b refactor: master packets as structs
Every MASTER service packet is now an LUBitStream struct (docs/PacketArchitecture.md,
PR 14) and the master server's switch is a dispatch map (PacketDispatcher), as are the
master handlers of the world, chat and dashboard servers.

- dNet/MasterPackets.h: RequestZoneTransfer, RequestZoneTransferResponse, ServerInfo,
RequestSessionKey, SetSessionKey, SessionKeyResponse, NewSessionAlert, PlayerAdded /
PlayerRemoved, CreatePrivateZone, RequestPrivateZone (passwords still cut to 50
characters when read), WorldReady, WorldReadyInfo (WORLD_READY to the dashboard),
PrepZone, Shutdown, ShutdownResponse, WorldShutDown (SHUTDOWN_RESPONSE to the
  dashboard), ShutdownUniverse, AffirmTransferRequest/Response, RequestServerList,
ServerListResponse, DashboardShutdown, ConfigReload, InstanceShutdown. The Send*
functions are gone; MasterPackets::SendToMaster(msg) and SendTo(sysAddr, msg) send a
  struct.
- The dashboard and instance migration structs (PlayerAction, DataChanged, Dashboard
messages, MessageCapture, InstanceMigration) are LUBitStreams of the MASTER service now
  and moved to dNet/master/, included by MasterPackets.h. Their payloads are unchanged;
master forwards them by re-serializing the struct instead of copying raw bytes.
- InstanceManager, ZoneInstanceManager, MigrationCoordinator, dServer (server info, zone
transfer response), auth (SET_SESSION_KEY), the world (session keys, player added and
removed, world ready, shutdown response, affirmations, prep zone, shutdown universe) and
the dashboard (server list, instance shutdown, config reload, announcements, player
actions, message capture) send and read structs.
- The login stamps are a `stamps` field of RequestZoneTransfer and
RequestZoneTransferResponse (read leniently as before: a message without them reads as
empty); master adds its stamps in the REQUEST_ZONE_TRANSFER handler and when it answers,
  as it did.
- InstanceManager::GetInstanceBySysAddr takes a const address.

Verified: tests/dGameTests/dNetTests/Legacy/MasterPacketsLegacy.h is a verbatim copy of
the old writers and readers; MasterPacketsTests requires identical bytes for a grid of
inputs, checks the old readers read what the structs write, round trips and truncation,
hand written golden packets, that zone transfers without stamps still read, that the dashboard/migration structs write what
"header + Serialize" wrote, and that the dispatcher drops truncated packets. No wire
bytes changed.
