Let the signed-out feed placeholder say something

subscriptions.notAuthenticated.title/.description had no English values, so the Subscriptions ContentUnavailableView rendered raw with empty text when the selected account lacks authentication. Fill them in wording that matches the account status badges ("Sign in required" / "Sign in again").
