TheMatt2	3de3932503	Comply with Xiphoseer required changes. ... Remove the CDClientDatabase::ExecuteQueryWithArgs() function and replace it with CDClientDatabase::CreatePreppedStmt(). TheMatt2	590ccc78aa	Add proper sanitizing for input to SQLite database. ... Adds function `ExecuteQueryWithArgs(query, ...)` to allow for queries with user input.
