992abf9d8a feat(dashboard): Performance page with frame times, slow frames and flame graphs
The dashboard's own loop is framed too, with a scope per module update. Frame time and stacked phase charts per server, the servers' loop summary, longest frames, packet handling times, the last 50 slow frames with a nested timeline, and profiling sessions (profiling_run, GM 8) drawn as a flame graph with folded stacks to download. PerfHistory keeps it in memory and is unit tested; the layouts are tested with node. Task 96.

1f8dd73e0b refactor(dashboard): routes name zones, objects and phrases through GameText
The routes' own zone name helpers and the CDClient's English zone and
leaderboard header copies give way to GameText, so every name comes from
the locale in the viewer's language; the Network page's world labels,
mail, missions, leaderboards, item info (cached per language) and the
settings/vanity help strings too. Reward code 4 and the plaque text name
their zone from the locale.

e6b7677c1f feat(dashboard): Network page with a live traffic flow diagram
Next to Diagnostics (health_view): game and web clients, auth, chat,
worlds per zone (expandable), other reporting servers, master, the
dashboard and the UGC server, with a lane each way per link sized by
bytes/s, animated by packets/s and coloured by load against its own
5 minute peak. Estimated links (servers without a split) are dashed.
Clicking a box shows its links, busiest message types and a sparkline,
with a link to Diagnostics (which now takes ?server=). A connections
table lists each remote address; single clients can be drawn too.
Narrow screens get a list. Drawing stops while the tab is hidden.

744bee40df feat: log the build identifier at startup and show it on the dashboard About page
Every server logs BuildInfo's build string as its version; the About page
also shows the build kind and commit, and log bundles name the build.

7066860067 fix(dashboard): System Log groups world server logs by zone, not by clone and instance
Each WorldServer_<zone>_<clone>_<instance>_<time>.log (and older WorldServer_<zone>_<instance>_<time>.log) file set
made its own server entry; they're now grouped under WorldServer_<zone>, and the file picker still shows the full
names. Check: the Server picker lists one entry per zone and its file list holds every clone and instance.

431eddd5bd feat(dashboard): guilds page, guild name review and guild chat in the chat log
A Guilds page (Moderation, permission guilds_manage, GM 5 by default): every guild with its name status, member count,
leader and age, a pending-only switch, and per guild its members (with ranks) and history (guild_events). Staff can
approve a guild name that waits for review, reject it (the guild becomes "Guild <id>"), rename a guild (same name rules
as the game, unique without regard to case), remove a member (a leader's guild goes to the next member, the last
member's guild is deleted) and disband a guild. Every change is audited and added to the guild's history, and the chat
server is asked (GUILD_CHANGED through master) to tell the online members. Pending guild names also show in the Review
Queue. Guild chat ("guild" in the chat log) counts as private chat like whispers and team chat (chat_private), with its
own channel filter and Prometheus counter.

Check on the dashboard: /guilds lists a guild made in game; approve/reject/rename/remove/disband update the in-game guild
window and name billboard of online members; the Review Queue shows a guild whose name waits for review.

868f34123f feat(dashboard): grants on the Permissions page and on account and character pages
A Grants tab on the Permissions page (with grants_manage: every grant in force, the history, and a form that asks
whose it is, searching accounts or characters by name), and a Permission grants card on account and character pages
(the account's or character's grants and history; the form with grants_manage). The form picks the kind (dashboard
permission, in-game command, every permission of a category, every command up to a GM level) and searches what to
grant among only what the signed-in user may grant; grant or deny, an optional expiry and a note. In-force grants have
a Remove button when the user may remove them. Players see their own grants, read-only. The Permissions page (and its
menu entry) now opens with permissions_manage or grants_manage; the GM level tabs still need permissions_manage.

Check: as GM 9, add a grant and a deny from the Permissions page and from an account and a character page, with and
without an expiry; remove one; the lists and history update (also in a second tab). As a GM 8 given grants_manage:
only the Grants tab shows, and only permissions and commands GM 8 has are offered. As a player: your own account page
lists your grants without a form.

9a5a9a274f feat(dashboard): Mail page with every mail, translated text and deleted mail
New Mail page (/mail, characters_mail, under Moderation): every in-game
mail newest first and live, with sender and receiver linked to their
character and account, the attachment with its icon and name (waiting
or claimed), and the state (unread, read, deleted by the player with
the time). Filters: state, character (sent or received), account,
text. Open shows the body, the attachment's item ID, subkey and data.

Locale keys in mail (%[MissionEmail_12_subjectText], the game's sender
name) are shown as the client shows them, from locale.xml; the stored
text stays under "Stored text". LocaleText::Expand, unit tested.

The character Mailbox uses the same view. Staff see mail the player
deleted (marked) and a link to the character's mail on the Mail page;
the owner sees only what is still in the mailbox, without account IDs.
/api/characters/:id/mail keeps its old fields and adds the new ones.

Check: /mail with each filter, Open on game, staff and player mail,
a mission mail's subject translated; a character's Mailbox as staff
and as the owner after deleting a mail in game.

b0dab03807 chore(dashboard): remove the Maintenance page
The page held one-off repairs from Nexus Dashboard (approve known pet
names, find/delete orphaned pet names, remove every buff, fix property
clone IDs, list mission rewards without a commendation price). Removed
the page, its sidebar entry, its /api/maintenance/* routes, the
`maintenance` permission and the two database calls only it used
(GetAllPetNames, FixPropertyCloneIds). The scheduled tasks (lift expired
bans, fill in pet owners, approve known pet names) and property model
import/removal stay.

Check: the Admin sidebar group has no Maintenance link; /maintenance is
a 404; the Tasks page still lists "Approve known pet names" and "Fill in
pet owners"; property import still works; the Permissions page no
longer lists "Data maintenance".

d835e18c92 fix: follow main's log folders in the dashboard and UGC server
Servers now log to logs/<Server>/ (worlds to logs/WorldServer/<zone>/<clone>/) with the start time in the file name.
The dashboard and UGC server log the same way, and the System Log page and log search read the whole folder tree
instead of only the top of logs/.

3f2a9cc5b0 feat(dashboard): scoped API keys with rate limits and quotas
Bearer keys (dlk_...) are checked per request against their owner's
current account (ban, lock, demotion, sign out everywhere stop or narrow
them at once) and their scope: permission routes need the permission in
scope, read-only keys only read, level-only routes need an all-permission
key, and session-only paths (sign-in, password, 2FA, key management)
are never reachable with a key. Per-key rate limit and daily quota with
429 and X-RateLimit/X-Quota/Retry-After headers; usage is written in
batches every minute. WebSocket subscriptions honour the scope too.

Routes to list, make, rotate and revoke keys; staff with
api_keys_manage can see and revoke others' keys under the rank rules.
POST /api/auth/token now makes an all-permission key. Audit entries for
create/rotate/revoke/denied, and actions done with a key are attributed
to "user (key name)".

e6148a4021 feat(dashboard): Diagnostics page with live traffic of every server
Keeps every server's traffic reports (last hour at one second, per-minute
rows to server_traffic once a minute, pruned after traffic_days) and shows
packets, bytes, HTTP requests and latency per second, per server, with the
busiest message types and HTTP routes. Live over the traffic WebSocket topic;
1 hour, 24 hours and 7 days ranges. The same counters are in /metrics.

17689cd663 feat: build a zone's 3D data on worker threads
Opening a zone the first time built its terrain, scene objects and manifests
and ran ImageMagick on the web thread, stalling the dashboard for seconds.

- Workers: the shared pool plus Workers::Reply (answer at once when built,
else from a worker via Web::Defer).
- terrain_chunks/terrain_layers/scene/paths/scenery/flairs (world3d, property
and showcase routes) and terrain textures go through it; results are built
once in OnceCaches, the .raw is read once per zone for chunks, layers and
flairs, deflated bodies are cached thread-safely.
- ImageMagick conversions are deduplicated and written under a temporary name.
- Workers don't query the CDClient, read settings or call mongoose: ZoneTable,
render components, flairs, object names, LOT kinds and terrain texture names
are read at startup; client_location is read once; base64 is plain C++.
- Logger writes one line at a time (mutex; localtime's buffer is shared).

e213a7aeff feat: web dashboard and playground work
The NexusDashboard-parity dashboard (dDashboardServer) and everything built on it on the experimental branch:
accounts, characters, properties and moderation tools, permissions shared with in-game slash commands, economy
reports, World 3D and property 3D views with client scenery, scheduled events (features, vanity changes, live
events, announcements, restarts), vanity files and events, the CDClient browser, the message inspector with saved
captures, chat filter tools, community challenges, live ops, the AI moderator helper, and the server-side changes
they need.
