The tabletop top bar sits below the hinge, not under the status bar, so the top safe area padding is no longer added on top of the tabletop offset. The side sliders reserve only the icon row and a small margin from the lower-half center zone instead of the fullscreen allowance, and the dimming scrim is skipped since no control overlaps the video.
