Quantum bf9023d6f8 [client] cmake: pass -Wstrict-prototypes for C files only 
This avoids the following warning in C++ code:

    cc1plus: warning: command-line option ‘-Wstrict-prototypes’ is
    valid for C/ObjC but not for C++
