First setup the build environment:

2. select: mingw32-base-bin, mingw32-gcc-g++-bin, msys-base-bin
3. add "C:\MinGW\msys\1.0\bin" and "C:\MinGW\bin" to the system path
4. obtain and install CMake for windows
5. obtain and install GitBash for windows
Using GitBash checkout the project and use the following commands to compile
