Chore: split VE script up (#1598)

* Testing Scripts

Testing splitting AgSpaceStuff into AgSpaceStuff and AgShipShake

* fixed inclusions

* Removed DoShake

* cleaning up

* consistent if statements

* Update dScripts/ai/AG/AgShipShake.h
