Arkadiusz Fal d742fec41a Replace the instance browse view options button with a three-dots menu ...

The toolbar (and tvOS inline) button now opens a menu with Edit and
Remove actions for the browsed instance above the existing View Options
entry. Edit opens the shared EditSourceView; Remove confirms with the
same account-deletion disclosure as Settings and pops the view.
