Arkadiusz Fal 924facacc4 Restore portrait panel title position and drag handle fade ...

The panel content wrapper added a 10pt top padding that pushed the
scroll view down, sitting the title 6pt lower and hard-clipping
scrolled content below the drag handle instead of fading it through
the full top gradient. Drop the outer padding and restore the scroll
top inset to 10pt to match the pre-redesign look.
