Arkadiusz Fal 6561c664e9 Keep the portrait video on the upper half while the hinge is partially open 
With the panel shown, the panel now takes the whole lower half with its
top edge on the hinge, and the video stays centered in the upper half
where it sits with the panel hidden, so toggling the panel never moves it.
