Exiting native fullscreen from the corner layout restores the panels, and the controls view read that as a floating details panel opening: it set a hide override and ignored mouse movement for as long as the panel stayed visible, so hovering the video no longer showed the controls. Only a floating (unpinned) panel covers the video, so the flag now excludes pinned panels, matching the existing widescreen rule. Corner panels are pinned, so the fullscreen restore and the title-tap toggle keep the controls responsive to hover.
