Silence Sendable warnings in TVRemoteHoldSeekOverlay

Annotate makeCoordinator/makeUIView/updateUIView as @MainActor so reading
the @MainActor-typed onTick closure stays within MainActor isolation and
no longer triggers a Sendable conversion warning.
