Return the tvOS details panel to the fixed Info/Comments tabs

Browse Source 
Drop the preset-driven page list on tvOS (related, chapters, queue pages
and the Player Panels settings screen) and restore the segmented
Info/Comments picker, removing the now-unused strings.
