[host] mingw-w64 compile fixes (#44)

* [host] rename min() to LG_MIN()

* [host] format string type fixes, %Ix doesn't exist in mingw

* [host] DXGI minor fixes

* [host] mingw lacks media foundation api headers and QISearch
